Webster Public Schools Public Notice of Intent to Apply
This announcement serves as public notice of intent to apply for the Fiscal Year 2017 21st Century Community Learning Centers - Supporting Additional Learning Time funding. The Webster Public Schools is applying for funding through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Fund Code 647 B1. The Webster Public Schools will disseminate information about the 21st CCLC out of school time program if awarded funding. This information will be posted on our school website and through our local newspaper in a timely manner. Upon receipt of funding, site specific webpages will be created to further communicate information and to accept community comments. Site specific webpages will announce employees and contact information, program goals and outcomes, timelines, and partnerships.
What is PASS?
PASS is a free out-of-school-time program funded by Title I, federal and state grants. PASS serves eligible students in kindergarten through tenth grade who reside in the Town of Webster. Our goal is to provide learning opportunities in an educationally structured, safe and nurturing environment. We offer student learning through experiences that reinforce school-day concepts.

Session II will begin January 4, 2016 and continue through May 27, 2016. Session II registration forms will be issued beginning December 7, 2015 and should be returned no later than January 4, 2016.
The program operates Monday-Thursday in the hours afterschool, during the school year when school is in session. Students are offered project-based community service learning, targeted instruction for reading and math skills, homework support and enrichment programs.
